Beautifully "beachy" decorated two bedroom, two full bath condo, with modern kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, dining area, and a large balcony that has breathtaking 7th floor views of both the ocean and the bay.  These wonderful east and west views from your balcony offer both a spectacular sunrise and sunset, as well as prime views overlooking the pool, tennis courts, and the beach! 

The condo offers a queen size bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the second, so it sleeps up to six people comfortably.  Plus, there is a convertible couch in the living room for even larger families, or just lots of spacious room for a couple on a romantic getaway. 

The Braemar Towers community has easy loading/unloading facilities with luggage carts in the lobby, elevators, and 24 hour security.  Braemar Towers is right on the beach and has everything you could hope for in a summer rental, including saunas, tennis courts, workout facility, swimming pool, game room for the kids, and is within walking distance to many great restaurants, grocery, and shops. 

Spend your time reading a good book, playing miniature golf, going out to great restaurants, walking along the boardwalk, riding the rides, splashing in the waves, or just relaxing on the beach!  Ocean City is a wonderful summer vacation experience for all and we hope you'll come back again and again to unit 1703!
